Set up Go TAPI for BT Cloud Voice

Go TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) is an optional BT Cloud Voice feature that connects your phone system to your CRM system or other business applications.

With Go TAPI, you can:

  • Make and receive calls from your computer
  • Link BT Cloud Voice to your CRM system and share call information

To use Go TAPI, you need a licence assigned to your user account. You or your CRM provider will also need to integrate it with your CRM system. BT is not responsible for this.

Activate Go TAPI

  1. Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
  2. Select Users from the top menu.
  3. Search for the user and select the settings icon.
  4. Select Profile from the left menu.
  5. In the User licensing tile, check if Go TAPI is already assigned.
  6. If not, select Modify.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Select the Go TAPI checkbox, then choose the add-on type.
  9. Select Continue on the next two screens.
  10. Select Save.

Download Go TAPI

  1. Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
  2. Select Users from the top menu.
  3. Search for the user and select the settings icon.
  4. Select Applications from the left menu.
  5. In the Go TAPI tile, select Download.
