Go TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) is an optional BT Cloud Voice feature that connects your phone system to your CRM system or other business applications.
With Go TAPI, you can:
- Make and receive calls from your computer
- Link BT Cloud Voice to your CRM system and share call information
To use Go TAPI, you need a licence assigned to your user account. You or your CRM provider will also need to integrate it with your CRM system. BT is not responsible for this.
Activate Go TAPI
- Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
- Select Users from the top menu.
- Search for the user and select the settings icon.
- Select Profile from the left menu.
- In the User licensing tile, check if Go TAPI is already assigned.
- If not, select Modify.
- Select Continue.
- Select the Go TAPI checkbox, then choose the add-on type.
- Select Continue on the next two screens.
- Select Save.
Download Go TAPI
- Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
- Select Users from the top menu.
- Search for the user and select the settings icon.
- Select Applications from the left menu.
- In the Go TAPI tile, select Download.
