Set up CRM Integrator and CRM Lite for Cloud Voice

Looking to integrate Windows Desktop customer relationship management (CRM) applications into BT Cloud Voice? You’ll need CRM Integrator or CRM Lite.

CRM Integrator works with a wide range of CRM systems.

CRM Lite only works with Microsoft Outlook, Google Contacts and Lotus Notes, plus light integration to Skype for Business.
