- AI Receptionist (AIR) is for customers who have BT Cloud Work.
- AI Receptionist Everywhere (AIRE) is a standalone service, so you don't need to purchase BT Cloud Work to use it.
Manage AI Receptionist and AI Receptionist Everywhere
You manage AI Receptionist and AI Receptionist Everywhere through the BT Cloud Work portal.
If you're an Admin, you'll get a welcome email when your service is set up. The email includes a unique link for you to set up your password and PIN.
