How to track a fault with BT Business

If you’ve reported a fault with your BT Business broadband, phone line or a Cloud Voice service, you can see how it’s progressing by following the steps below.

Track a fault gives you all the information you’ll need to see our progress, as well as letting you make any changes you might need.

  • Update your contact details without calling.
  • You can see if we need any more information from you including letting us know if everything’s working now.
  • Check and change engineer visit details.

Track a fault

  1. Head over to our track a fault page.
  2. Enter your user name and password to log in. If you don’t have a secure online account yet simply create your account.
  3. Select the fault you want to track to see the progress and make any changes needed.
