I have forgotten my PIN number for Call Minder - what can I do?
From the line that Call Minder is installed on (i.e. not remotely), you can change your PIN without needing to know the old number.
Just follow the prompts - the instructions are in the Message Retrieval Options. Go into message retrieval and keep saying 'no', you will soon access the Message Retrieval Options section. Then simply follow the instructions.
Why is Call Minder not answering my calls?
You'll need to set diverts to the Call Minder Service. Get Call Divert instructions.
How do I access my Call Minder messages when away from the office?
You can access messages remotely using your PIN, but you must use a touch-tone phone.
- Dial the number that Call Minder is installed on.
- When Call Minder answers, press * and enter your 4 digit PIN.
- This will take you to the main menu where you can retrieve messages.
