I'm having problems with BT Text

You can check BT Text is working correctly by texting 'reset' to 00000. The system will identify this inbound message as a text and send an acknowledgement text to your handset.

This can also be used to reset the system if you are having problems with incoming text messages being delivered as Voice Text TTS.

If you are not receiving your messages as a text, check Caller Display has been activated:

  • To check if this is Activated * # 234 # .
  • To activate Caller Display * 234 #.
