The Emergency address is not validated or attached
BT requires a valid emergency address before the phone number becomes visible. This is so emergency services know where to go in case a user calls in an emergency.
Please provide BT with a validated address and ask them to attach it to the phone number – you can learn more about this in our Emergency Calling guide.
