Making changes to My Account

You can manage your account details in My Profile after you log in to My Account. To get there, select Products & Services, then My Profile.

In My Profile, you can update your details by selecting Edit next to each section.

You can:

  • Change your username (email address)
  • Update your password
  • Set up or edit your security settings
  • Update your name and contact details
  • Manage your marketing preferences
  • Merge profiles (if available)

Merging profiles

If you have more than one profile, you may be able to merge them. This option is only available to eligible users and will appear in My Profile if it applies to you.
