How do I change my business email and My Account password?

My Account password

You can change your My Account password in My Profile after you log in. To get there, select Products & Services, then My Profile.

Business email password

Your business email password settings can be changed through Manage services.

We’re making improvements to our Manage services website and moving customers to a new version of the service. Because of this, some steps may look different depending on which version you use.

To check which version of Manage services you’re using:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Scroll down to Manage your services.
  3. Under Domains, hosting and Microsoft 365, select Manage settings.
  4. Compare your screen with the examples below.
