How can I check my broadband and 4G Assure connection status?

There are three simple ways to check your connection status.

  1. Go to the Hub Manager
  2. Check your BT Business My account online
  3. Download the BT Business app

Please note: you don't need to be connected to the internet to use Hub Manager, so you should use this method if you're having problems using your online account or the BT Business app.

The lights on your hub will also confirm your connection status.

Before you start

Before checking your broadband and 4G Assure connection status, it's best to make sure your hub is set up correctly and connected to the internet. If you're not sure how to do this, the following links show instructions for our different hub types:

BT Business Smart Hub
BT Business Hub 5
BT Business Hub 3

If you have a BT Business Hub 2, a BT Home Hub or a non-BT router, and want to manage your broadband or 4G Assure connection status, you’ll need to upgrade your hub to the latest BT Business Smart Hub. Chat with an advisor.

You can check your hub model if you're not sure which one you have.
