Remote Diversion lets you remotely divert all your incoming calls to another phone.
If you don’t know which exchange type you’re on, lift the handset and dial *#001#
If the message you receive begins with the word "Sorry", you're on a System Y exchange, otherwise it's System X.
To divert your calls using Remote Call Diversion:
- Wait for the dial tone.
 - Dial the access phone number.
 - Wait for another dial tone.
 - Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*[diversion code]*
 - Dial either an extension number followed by # or dial 9 then a phone number followed by #
 - An announcement will confirm that a diversion has been set.
 
To check if a divert has been set up:
- Wait for the dial tone.
 - Dial the access phone number.
 - Wait for another dial tone.
 - Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*
 - Dial *#[diversion code]*#
 - An announcement will confirm that a diversion has been set.
 
To cancel Remote Call Diversion:
- Wait for the dial tone.
 - Dial the access phone number.
 - Wait for another dial tone.
 - Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*
 - Dial #[diversion code]*#
 - An announcement will confirm that the divert has been cancelled.

121 - Divert all calls
167 - Divert on Busy
161 - Divert on No Reply
166 - Divert on Busy & No Reply
