Enabling BT as your Operator Connect provider

To complete the tasks in this article, you’ll need to be an administrator. Learn more about Teams administrator permissions.

To set up Operator Connect, you’ll need to enable Operator Connect as your provider in the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.

1. Log into the Teams Admin Centre.
2. Expand the Voice menu and select Operator Connect.
3. Under All Operators, select BT.
4. Select the countries you want BT to supply the service to.
5. Choose your company size and add your contact details.
6. Read and accept the data privacy terms.
7. Select Add as my Operator.

BT should now be enabled as your provider. When your numbers are provisioned, they will appear in your Phone numbers tab.
