Forgotten your password or username?

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to My Account, and select ‘Forgot your password’.

What to expect

  • You’ll be asked to enter your email address (this is your username).
  • We’ll send you a verification code by email or text message.
  • If you’ve set up extra security, the code will be sent to your mobile number.

Forgotten your username?

Your username is the email address you used to register for My Account.

If you’ve forgotten it:

  • Check for emails from BT Business in your inbox.
  • Try any email addresses you may have used to register.
  • If you still need help, contact us.
