How do I set up call divert on my mobile?

Follow these steps to set up a call divert on your mobile:

1. Dial ** and enter one of the following codes:
   • 21 to divert all calls
   • 61 to divert calls not answered after 15 seconds
   • 62 to divert calls when your phone is switched off
   • 67 to divert calls when your phone is engaged
2. Press the * key again
3. Enter the phone number you're diverting calls to, replacing the 0 with +44
4. Press the # key and then press call

How do I switch off call diverts?

To switch off individual call diverts:

1. Dial ##
2. Enter the code you used to turn call diversion; 21, 61, 62 or 67
3. Press the # key

If you want to switch off all call diverts:

1. Dial ##002#
2. Press call

How do I check Call Diversion is on?

1. Press *
2. Press #
3. Enter the code you used when you switched on call diversion (21, 61, 62 or 67)
4. Press the # key again
