Getting an eSIM

If you’ve not already got an eSIM device, check out the eSIM devices we offer:

Setting up an eSIM

How you set up your eSIM depends on what device you have. When you’ve received your eSIM and QR code pack choose your device manufacturer:

You need to be in the UK to set up an eSIM. If you’re currently roaming, you’ll need to wait until you’re home to set it up.

Swapping over from a physical SIM to an eSIM

To swap over from a physical SIM to an eSIM, please contact us.

Just so that you’re aware, there may be a charge to swap over.

Transferring my current line over to an eSIM

You can switch (port) your existing number from another provider over to us. Find out how to switch your number over.

I can't scan my QR code

If you can’t scan your QR code, don’t panic, you can setup up your eSIM manually. How you do this varies from device to device:

Restoring your eSIM device

Your device's user guide will tell you what to do, or you can contact us.

If you restore your device yourself, make sure you select keep your data plan and don’t erase any downloaded SIM's, otherwise you’ll delete your eSIM.

If you’ve accidentally deleted your eSIM and erased your data plan, you'll need a new eSIM. Please contact us to arrange this.
