eSIM on Samsung devices

How do I set up an eSIM on my Samsung Device?

We'll give an eSIM pack which has a QR code. When you have this, make sure you’re connected to wi-fi and:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Connections
3. Go to SIM Card Manager
4. Select the+ Add Mobile Plan 
5. Select Add using QR code
6. Scan the QR code with your Google Pixel camera
7. Select Turn on Mobile Plan
8. Select Restart

Can't scan the eSIM QR code with your Samsung?

Don’t panic, you can still set it up. On your eSIM Voucher you’ll find a 32 digit Activation Code which you’ll need. Here’s what to do:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Connections
3. Go to SIM Card Manager
4. Select the + Add Mobile Plan
5. Select Add using activation code
6. The activation code is LPA:1$BT.PR.GO-ESIM.COM$ followed by your 32 digit activation code, so it looks like LPA:1$BT.PR.GO-ESIM.COM$556C5B9987ED7B3B1D745B905CB21454
7. Select Connect
