How do I access the BT One Phone Portal?

The BT One Phone Portal is an online tool that makes it easy to manage your personal settings and preferences, helping you work smart on the move. To access the portal you'll need to register and create a password. Here's how-

1. Go to www.bt.com/btonephoneportal and click on the Register button.
2. Enter your mobile number with 44 at the beginning, no zero and no spaces eg 44712345678). You'll need to add a code to prove you're human, not a machine.
3. Click Next
4. Enter your mobile number again as the username that you'll use to log in to the portal
5. Choose whether you want your password sent to you by email or text
6. Click Next

You're now registered - a password will be sent to you by text message or email.

To access the BT One Phone portal once you're registered, go to www.bt.com/btonephoneportal and enter your username and password. You'll be prompted to change the initial password.

Or if you've installed the alert client, right click on the alert client icon (in your tool tray at the bottom right hand corner of your screen) and select Open VPBX to go straight to your own user area of the BT One Phone portal.
