Complete Wi-Fi helps improve wireless coverage around your workplace by using Wi-Fi discs that work with your BT Business Smart Hub.
The discs create a single Wi-Fi network and help extend coverage into areas where the signal may be weaker.

How does Complete Wi-Fi boost my signal?
Think of a Wi-Fi disc as a signal booster, but better. It communicates with your Business Smart Hub to create a single mesh Wi-Fi network across your workplace.
This helps provide stronger coverage and faster Wi-Fi speeds throughout your business premises.
What about my existing Wi-Fi extenders?
You won't normally need them once Complete Wi-Fi is installed.
Your devices will automatically connect to whichever Wi-Fi Disc, or hub provides the strongest signal. To help avoid interference and achieve the best performance, we recommend removing any existing Wi-Fi extenders before setting up Complete Wi-Fi.
Who owns the equipment?
Your BT Business Smart Hub and Wi-Fi discs remain the property of BT.
If you leave BT Business or remove Complete Wi-Fi from your service, you'll need to return the equipment within 60 days to avoid charges. For details on how to return the equipment please read our guide called How to return your BT-owned equipment for free – in three steps.
