International calling with Digital Voice for Business

Make international calls with Digital Voice for Business using a monthly allowance shared across your account. Find out what the International Calling Plan includes and which destinations are excluded.

Is there an option for inclusive international calls?

Yes. For a fixed monthly fee, you can choose an International Calling Plan with 100, 500 or 1,000 minutes per month to call supported international destinations. These minutes are shared across all users on your account.

Premium rate numbers, satellite services and other special service numbers are not included.

If you use all your included minutes before the end of the month, standard international call charges apply. You can find full pricing details in the BT Price List.

We’ll send usage alerts when you have used 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance.

Which countries are included in the International Calling Plan?

If a country isn't included in the International Calling Plan, standard international call charges will apply.
