Set up Company and Group Contacts for Cloud Voice

In Cloud Voice, administrators can create lists of contacts that everyone can use.

For users to have access to the Company Contacts and Group Contacts created by the administrators, each user will need to have Phone Services set up and Phone Directory switched on. You can do this at both site level and employee level.

There are currently two versions of the Cloud Voice Business Portal.

If you were set up on Cloud Voice before the 16 May 2022, you’ll be using the original version. If you were set up after this date, you’ll be using the newer version of Cloud Voice accessed via My Account.
