Set up new users for Cloud Voice

As a Cloud Voice Administrator, you can create new users on the Cloud Voice Business Portal.

1. Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
2. Select the Users tab in the Dashboard.
3. On the ‘Users’ page choose Create new user and follow the steps.
4. For help, tap the ‘Assist me’ button to open a help article in a new tab.
