BT Cloud Voice Feature Access Codes (FACs)

Feature Access Codes (FAC) are sometimes called ‘Star Codes’. They are sequences of numbers and symbols that you key into your phone to give it instructions to activate, deactivate, and configure various BT Cloud Voice features. Most features have a default access code, which you can change if you want to.
