Series Completion for BT Cloud Voice and how to use it
With Series Completion for Cloud Voice, you can be sure that a group of users won’t miss any calls that come in to them.
If the person being called is on the phone, Series Completion will redirect the caller to your chosen group so that one of them can answer the call.
For this feature to work, you'll need to turn off:
- Call waiting
- Calls to Voicemail when busy
How to set up Series Completion for Cloud Voice
- Log in to the BT Cloud Voice portal
- Select Sites and choose your site
- Select Features from the left-hand menu
- Find Series Completion and select Configure
- Select Add
- Enter a Series Name
- From Available Users, tick the boxes alongside who you want in this group
- Select Add
- The users you ticked will move into Assigned Users
- Select Save
You’ve set up Series Completion for Cloud Voice.
If a person in the group - or series, as it's known in Cloud Voice - is busy when a call comes in, the call will go to the next available person on the assigned users list.
How to remove users from Series Completion
It’s simple to remove a user from a Series Completion group. First follow the steps to add a user. But instead of looking in Available Users, tick the user in Assigned Users and select Remove. Finally Save and you’ve removed a user From Series Completion.
