Setting up call diversion on BT Cloud Phone

  1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work portal to set up call diversion on your BT Cloud Phone.
  2. Go to Settings > Call Handling and Forwarding.
  3. Enter the phone number you want to divert your calls to.


Administrators can also divert a user's calls:

  1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work portal.
  2. Within the Phone System view, go to Users > Call Handling & Forwarding.
  3. Enter the phone number you want to divert your calls to or click on Forward to other user's phone if you'd like to divert to another device that’s on your account.
