What is Pre-Digital Phone Line?

Pre-Digital Phone Line (PDPL) is a technical capability that we’re using to move some customers off the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). These are customers where there is no alternate digital solution for them right now.

If this applies to you, the PDPL service will work with your existing analogue telephone handset while maintaining some of the call functionality you have today.

How will I know if I’m a Pre-Digital Phone Line customer?

We’ll have emailed you to let you know we’re moving you to our new Pre-Digital Phone Line. Please note this only applies to a small number of our customers.
