If the code doesn't work, a system administrator will need to log into the MN3300 using their login ID and password in order to check the Feature Access Code Assignment.
To check the Feature Access Code Assignment:
- Log in & click on System Administration tool.
- Select System Administration.
- Select System options.
- Select Feature Access Code Assignment.
Or:
- Click on System Administration Tool.
- Click on System Administration.
- Select All forms(alphabetical).
- Select Feature Access Code Assignment.
The Class of Service number assigned to your extension might not let you use certain facilities.
