There are a number of ways to do this depending on your particular requirements and how the system is programmed.
- Option 1. Set a divert on busy (DoB) on the main group/extension to ring the group or extension you want to ring when you are busy.
- Option 2. Create a Linear hunt group with the extensions you wish to ring in order, set the main extension as the first in the group etc.
Calls will ring the first extension in the group if it is free. If the first extension is busy or the call is not answered before the hunt group divert time the call will ring the 2nd extension and so on until all the extensions in the group have been rung.
