Everyone in your company who wants to use BT Cloud Voice needs an individual licence. We’ve got three types:
- BT Cloud Voice Basic
- BT Cloud Voice Connect
- BT Cloud Voice Collaborate
The different levels of licence reflect the number of features that are available to the holders of each licence type. You can add extra features to individual licences, if a particular user needs a little something extra.
Within your company, your BT Cloud Voice administrator controls how many licences are available. Using the BT Cloud Voice portal, they can see how many licences your company has, how many are in use, and how many are spare. The administrator can easily get hold of more licences by contacting us.
