- Log in to the BT Cloud Work portal.
- Go to Settings > Call Handling.
- Enter the phone number you want to divert your calls to.
Administrators can also divert a user's calls:
- Log in to the BT Cloud Work portal.
- Within the Users section, select Users with Extensions search the user you wish to amend then click Call Handling.
- Enter the phone number you want to divert your calls to or click on Forward to other user's phone if you'd like to divert to another device that is on My Account.
