Reminder Call Instructions

Reminder Call enables you to set your phone to give you a single alarm call or even a series of regular reminder calls. You set it using the 24 hour clock.

To use this calling feature you need a touch tone phone switched to tone dialling.

To set up a reminder call (AXE-10 exchanges)

1. Press '*'
2. Type '55'
3. Press '*'
4. Type required time in 24hr format.
5. Press '#'

To cancel a reminder call (AXE-10 exchanges)

1. Press '#'
2. Type '55'
3. Press '#'

To check a reminder call is set (AXE-10 exchanges)

1. Press '#' while holding down '*'
2. Type '55'
3. Press '#'

To set up a reminder call (System X exchanges)

1. Press '*'
2. Type '56'
3. Press '*'
4. Type required time in 24hr format
5. Type number† for regular reminder call (optional)
6. Press '#'

†1=Monday; 2=Tuesday; 3=Wednesday; 4=Thursday; 5=Friday; 6=Saturday; 7=Sunday; Monday to Friday=8; Every day=9

To cancel a specific regular reminder call (AXE-10 exchanges)

1. Press '#'
2. Type '56'
3. Press '*'
4. Type time in 24hr format
5. Type number* for regular reminder call you want to cancel
6. Press '#'

†1=Monday; 2=Tuesday; 3=Wednesday; 4=Thursday; 5=Friday; 6=Saturday; 7=Sunday; Monday to Friday=8; Every day=9.

To cancel a reminder call (AXE-10 exchanges)

1. Press '#'
2. Type '56'
3. Press '#'
