Get help with My Account

My Account is the easiest way to manage your account information and seamlessly move between all your BT Business products and services.

With My Account, you can:

  • Pay your bill online.
  • View and download bills.
  • Manage your BT services.
  • View and track your orders.
  • Report, track and view the status of faults.

If you’re an existing BT Business customer, you can manage your account online with My Account or through the BT Business app. If you don’t have an online account, visit our My Account registration page and get set up.  Once you’ve completed the My Account registration, access to My Account is instant.

 
Sign up for online billing

If you’re a new BT Business customer, you can use your order reference to create an account to use online billing. You’ll be able to view your bills online once your first bill is ready.


Finding my latest bills

With a My Account profile, it’s quick and easy to view, download and print your BT Business account statements online. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. Visit My bills.
  4. View and download bills.

Frequently asked questions

How are my details used?

When you register a My Account profile, you’re agreeing to allow us to store and access your details only for the purpose of managing your account online. Please view our terms of use for more information on this.

In some cases, your details may be shared with BT contractors or agents to provide you with the BT Business products and services you have requested. This will be made clear in the relevant terms and conditions when you order.

We won't pass your details on to third parties without your permission. We comply with and are registered under the data protection laws in the UK and take all reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data. You can view our privacy policy.

What if I stop being a BT Business customer?

You'll still be able to access your My Account profile as we don’t have an account deletion function. However, the products will be deleted from your profile, so you won’t be able to view these.

How can I change my communication preferences?

If you don’t want any calls or mailing from BT in relation to details of new products, services and special offers you’ll be able to change your communication preferences (for marketing purposes) in the profile section on your dashboard page. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll down to Communication preferences and select Update communication preferences.
  4. Untick the options then select Update communication preferences.

If you change your mind, you can opt back in the same way just tick the options, then select update communication preferences.

How will my email address be used?

We’ll email you if we need to notify you of any outstanding orders, faults, or service issues. If you’ve signed up for online billing, we’ll email you when your new bill becomes available. 

If you’ve chosen to be contacted via email on your communication preferences, you’ll also receive emails with news about special offers, exclusive trials as well as other services that may interest you.
