The BT One Phone Meet Me conference facility lets you hold voice only conferences with up to 25 people at any one time. These 25 people can be in a single conference meeting or split into a number of smaller conferences.
You can access the conference service by dialling the BT One Phone Meet Me conference telephone number. Your administrator will need to choose the number they want to use for the Meet Me conference bridge. This is usually a landline number, but it can be any of the numbers available to your company.
To host meetings, you'll need to set up your individual Meet Me conference bridge number and chairperson's PIN:
- Dial 8880 to access the dial-in service menu.
- Select option 7.
- Follow the instructions to create a bridge number and chairperson's security PIN for your conference bridge.
We recommend you choose your extension number as your bridge number, as it makes it easier to set up, find and use bridge numbers across the company.
It's really easy to use the BT One Phone Meet Me conference service and join a conference:
- Dial the BT One Phone Meet Me conference telephone number.
- Enter the Meet Me bridge number of the person who set up the conference.
- Wait for the chairperson to join the call (open the bridge).
If you're the chairperson:
- Dial the BT One Phone Meet Me conference telephone number.
- Enter your Meet Me bridge number.
- Enter your chairperson security PIN.
The conference bridge will open and all the waiting conferees will enter into the conference.
