How do I pay my BT Business bill?

Choose the way to pay a bill that suits you best.

Pay by Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit with your UK bank or building society. Your bills look after themselves, as long as funds are in your account.

Pay by Direct Debit from your own account

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Billing in the task bar.
  3. Select Manage Direct Debit.
  4. Choose the billing account or accounts you want your Direct Debit to pay for, and select Next.
  5. Enter your bank or building society details.
  6. Select Confirm and you’re done.

Pay by Direct Debit from a joint account

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Billing in the task bar.
  3. Select Manage Direct Debit.
  4. Choose the billing account or accounts you want your Direct Debit to pay for.
  5. Choose Non-sole signatory, and select Next.
  6. For each account you’ve selected, we’ll post a Direct Debit instruction for the account holders to fill in and send back to us. Check the billing address shown for each account is correct, then select Confirm and you’re done.

Pay online in My Account

With My Account, pay by credit or debit card. Or by Apple Pay or Google Pay if you’re set up to do so. Pay all or part of as many bills as you like, even across accounts, in one quick, simple transaction.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Billing in the task bar.
  3. Select Manage Direct Debit.
  4. Confirm the bill amounts and total you’re paying.
  5. Select a card or digital wallet to use, and pay.
