How do I add BT to my email 'safe sender' list?

Many email programs and providers will scan your emails for junk mail, spam, or potentially malicious emails. However, when we send emails to large groups of customers, these can be misinterpreted as spam and may end up in your junk mail folder.

If this happens, you can ensure it doesn't happen again by adding our email address to your safe sender list, flagging BT as a safe email address. The following steps show you how to do this on the most common email programs and providers. If you're using another email program, please refer to its user guide.

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Click on the 'Junk' link next to the delete button in the top left corner

  4. Our address will be added to your Outlook safe sender list
