To unlock your device, please follow these steps:
1. Insert a non-BT SIM card
2. Switch on the device
3. The device will display 'Network lock', 'Wrong card' or 'Invalid card'
4. Enter #0111* <<your unlocking code>> #
5. Press OK
6. The device will display 'Personalisation optimised'
Your device should now be unlocked.
