How do I check when my contract ends?

Here’s how to find out when your contract ends:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. If you have a single account, your dashboard will open. If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to look at from the drop-down option on the right-hand side.
  3. Select the Services tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Each of the services you have against this account will be displayed.
  5. Each service you have lists the postcode the service is registered to, the duration of your contract, and your contract end date.

If your account has multiple services say like mobile, broadband, and phones services you'll see each service against this account displayed separately.
