To use 4G on your iPhone 6, first make sure wi-fi is disabled, then:
- From the home screen, choose Settings.
- Tap Mobile or Cellular.
- Check Mobile Data is on, or switch it to on (the switch will show green).
- Check 4G is on, or switch it to on (the switch will show green).
- If there’s 4G in your area, you’ll see 4G next to the signal indicator in the top left-hand corner of the display. If 4G’s not available, you may see 3G, E or GPRS instead. These are slower connection speeds.
If you don't get any internet connection on the device through mobile data, check the device’s network settings.
