Keeping connected on the London Underground

We're providing Wi-Fi access at over 150 stations on the London Underground in partnership with Virgin Media. Ticket halls, walkways and platforms are all covered, but it's not available in tunnels or between stations. Check which stations are connected

If you're an active BT mobile customer, access is included as part of your mobile contract with BT, meaning no extra charges.

What is Visual Voicemail?

This is a network feature only available to iPhones. You can use it to see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete.

To activate it text iPhone visual on to 150 , to stop text iPhone visual off to 150 .

What does it cost?

Visual Voicemail needs access to data so any data used to access it is charged according to your tariff. If you've used up your data allowance, you'll be charged for any data usage.

Does Visual Voicemail work when I'm abroad?

Yes, it does. However, as it uses data, we recommend that you turn the service off whilst roaming to avoid any additional roaming costs.
