How do I pay my mobile bill?

You've four options available when it comes to paying your bill:

  • Direct Debit: the easiest way to pay your bill each month. Quick to set up, just have your bank or building society sort code and account number along with your name exactly as it appears on your bank statement and get in touch

     

  • Credit/Debit card: To make a one-off Credit/Debit card payment call our Business Mobile team

     

  • BACS Transfer: make sure your BT Mobile account number starting MC00100 ****** is referenced on the BACS transfer so your payment is allocated to the correct account.

    You will also need to email your remittance and counterfoil details to BACS-REMITTANCE@BT.COM or post them to the address below. Please use email whenever possible, this helps us process your payment as soon as it's received.
