How do I make a claim against the BTnet SLA?

If you need to make a claim against the BTnet Service Level Agreement (SLA) you'll need to report it.

You should report a BTnet outage within two days by calling our faults team on 0800 100 2440. Make sure to get a fault reference ticket number from them for your claim.

Once we've verified the outage, claims must be made no later than the 28th day of the next month by quoting the relevant Customer Reference Number in an email to directslg@bt.net.
