How do I enter my broadband network username and password on the BT Business Hub 5?

Your BT Business Hub 5 should automatically pick up your broadband network username & password. However if you need to enter the details manually you can do so by simply following the steps below:

1. If using a corporate VPN, disconnect.
2. Open your web browser and browse to http://btbusinesshub.home to open the Hub Manager.
3. To change the default username i.e. green-light@service.btclick.com, click Configure next to Broadband username.
4. If asked, enter your admin password.
5. Click Disconnect.
6. Enter your broadband username and password in the boxes provided.
7. Click Connect.

Once connected the page will show the updated details. You are now ready to browse the Internet.
