How do I access the Event Log on the Business Hubs?

BT Business Smart Hub

  1. Open your web browser and go to http://btbusinesshub.home. This will open the Hub Manager.
  2. Click on the Advanced Settings button which is in the right-hand corner of the Smart Hub homepage.
  3. You'll be asked to enter your admin password.
  4. Click on the Technical Log button.
  5. Event Log option is at the top of the sub menu on the right.

BT Business Hub 3 and 5

  1. Open your web browser and go to http://btbusinesshub.home. This will open the Hub Manager.
  2. Click on a tab and enter your Hub Manager password to log in. Unless you've changed it, you'll find it on the Hub settings card on the back of the Hub. If you've forgotten it, you can use the password override feature.
  3. Go to Troubleshooting and click on the Event Log tab.

This page summarises all the recent events that have been recorded on your BT Hub. You'll be able to filter the events to show related to a specific category.
