Accessing the Hub Manager using a Hub 3 or Hub 5

This article outlines how to access the Hub Manager when using a Business Hub 3 or Business Hub 5.

Got a different hub? Please visit BT Hub 2700/2701 (Hub 2)BT Business Smart Hub or BT Business Smart Hub 2.

You can access your Hub Manager using a Hub 3 or Hub 5 by following the steps below:

  1. Open your web browser and type http://btbusinesshub.home in the address bar. Make sure you're not using a VPN connection as this can stop you accessing the Hub Manager page.
  2. Press Enter or your return key.
  3. When you submit or save any changes in your Hub Manager, you may be asked to enter your password - if you haven't changed it, you'll find your Hub Admin password on the bottom of your Hub.
