The BT Business Rental Credit Offer is available to customers who order either a New Line with a New Broadband via a Line & Broadband package or a Line, broadband & mobile package on a 24 month minimum period between 14th May 2013 and 29th July 2013.
The first 3 months rental charges for the new line and new broadband will be zero rated. Normal rental charges will apply after month 3.

Based on cost of a 24 month Minimum Period contract for our most popular package - Business Phone line (£17.00 /month), Call Package (£12.50/month and Unlimited broadband (£14/month in an M3 area & £17 in other areas) with BT Business Complete. With a monthly price of £43.50. Total yearly package price divided by 365 days.
Savings
- Broadband:Save £1 a month on Basic & unlimited broadband and £2 a month on Advanced support Broadband when compared to ordering Broadband outside of a BT Business Complete package
- Call Package: Save £8 a month when compared to purchasing Call Package outside of a package that contains broadband or mobile. Usual price £20.50.
BT Business Complete - 24 month Minimum Period
BT Business Complete (BTBC) includes a 24 month Minimum Period and you'll receive the benefits of BTBC during the Minimum Period. At the end of that time the contract will continue but the Inclusive Minutes will no longer apply. You'll continue to receive the other benefits of BTBC, but no new Minimum Period will start.
Please note that an Annual Charge may apply where you do not achieve 80% of your Committed Spend. The products and services that you include within BTBC are provided on the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to those products and services and are not provided under the Contract for BTBC. Termination of the BTBC Contract will not terminate these products and services, which must be terminated in accordance with the relevant BT standard Terms and Conditions.

Adding the Call Package
It's available to new BT Business Complete customers.
It covers calls to 01, 02, 03, 056, some 055, 0845 and 0870 numbers, UK mobiles and most international destinations.
The calling package can be taken on any lines in the customers BT Business Complete inventory.
Monthly allowance of 5000 landline & international minutes per month combined and 500 minutes to UK mobiles

Intra Business Calls
It's available to new BT Business Complete customers.
A Fair Use Policy applies to Intra Business Calls. Under this Fair Use Policy, where the total of the Customer's Intra Business Calls exceeds 75% of the Customer's total calls in any calendar month, BT may terminate the Intra Business Calls or the BT Business Complete contract.

Prompt Care
As part of Business Complete - BT's end of next working day fix on landlines applies Monday to Saturday. The end of the day refers to 23:59. Sunday faults reported are fixed Tuesday of that week.

Mobile

Talk Time Solo - Budget, Premium, Platinum tariffs
Inclusive minutes are per connection and cannot be shared. They apply to UK fixed lines, starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), other UK mobile users in the UK, and voicemail. Once you have used all of your inclusive minutes, calls are then charged at standard BT Mobile rates.
UK texts apply to any UK mobile and exclude texts outside of the UK, MMS and premium rate numbers.
500MB, 1GB, 2GB data allowance is per connection and cannot be shared. Applies to data received in UK. Usage in excess of contract charged at £2 per MB.
Free calls to company phones are between BT Mobile and BT landlines on the same customer contract with BT Business Complete.
Unlimited wi-fi minutes available with BT Wi-fi across the UK with all Android customer contracts only.
