BT Business Total Broadband and BT Infinity for business is covered by our Prompt Care service as standard. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, we’ll aim to fix it by the end of the next working day after the fault is reported, Monday to Saturday. If we are late in fixing the fault, you can claim £25 through our Customer Service Compensation Scheme.
We aim to fix Broadband and Infinity faults reported Monday - Saturday by 23.59 on the next working day. The broadband Customer Service Compensation Scheme covers BT Business Total Broadband Office, Office Unlimited, Advance and Advance Support, BT Infinity for business Advance and Advance Support. Claims must be made within 90 days of the fault being repaired. For successful claims, a credit for £25 will be applied to the future rental on the broadband or fibre line that experienced the fault.

You'll get a more consistent speed with BT Infinity for business than you would with standard broadband. Generally, we expect the throughput to be 80% of your download sync rate. (For example, if you achieve the maximum sync speed of 76mbps, your line may achieve 60mbps throughput).

A BT phone line. If you’ve already got standard broadband on it, not a problem. We can simply upgrade the service to BT Infinity for business, if it’s available.
BT Infinity for business Option 1 costs £30 a month (ex VAT) and Option 2 costs £35 a month (ex VAT), both with a 24-month contract. We charge £8 (ex VAT) to deliver the BT Business Hub.
Our appointments are between 8am and 1pm, and between 1pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We do not make appointments for bank holidays.
These are the times during which the engineer will arrive to start the work. They may not finish the work until after the end of the time slot.
The engineer will install BT Infinity for business and will connect one computer to the network.
