How to reset your Digital Voice for Business portal password
We’ve made password management simpler. You can now log in and access all your BT Business services through My Account, using a single email address and password.
So if you’re having trouble logging into the Digital Voice for Business portal and need to reset your password, you’ll need to reset your My Account password.
This process applies to all user accounts – not just administrator accounts.
Resetting your My Account password
To reset your My Account password:
- Go to My Account and tap the Log in button.
- Select Forgot log-in details?.
- Enter the email address you normally use to log in. If you can’t remember this, select the Account details option instead and enter the requested information.
- Then, tap Next.
- When prompted, enter the answer to your security question, or enter your security number, and tap Next.
- Then select Reset password.
- Finally, enter your new password, confirm the new password and tap Submit.
You should now be able to log into the Digital Voice for Business portal with your new password.
