Allow international and premium rate calls in Cloud Voice (Calling Plans)

Calls to International and Premium Rate numbers are restricted for all BT Cloud Voice customers. This is something we do as standard to protect your business from unexpected call charges.

The Service Administrator can change this option easily using the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal. This guide will help you allow calls to these blocked numbers.
