Set a Holiday Schedule to manage Cloud Voice calls
As an administrator, you can set up a Holiday Schedule for the Auto Attendant so that it functions differently when your office is closed for holidays. You can create more than one Holiday Schedule, but you can only apply one at a time to an Auto Attendant profile. Each Holiday Schedule can cover up to 20 dates or date ranges.
How to set up Holiday or Time Schedules on the new Business Portal
- To start, login to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal, then click the Sites
- Select Features from the left-hand menu.
- Now in the Schedules tile click on the settings icon.
- You’ll now see any available schedules that you’ve already set up.
To add a new schedule, use the Add schedule button.
There’s also an Assist me button to guide you through each step of setting up either your holiday or time schedule
When you’ve set up a new schedule, you’ll see it displayed in the main schedule screen.
