Setting up Simultaneous ringing on BT Cloud Voice

What is simultaneous ringing?

Simultaneous ring will call up to ten other Devices at the same time, whenever your primary office Device or number is called.

How to set up Simultaneous ring?

  1. Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
  2. From the dashboard select Users (across the top).
  3. Search for the user and click the settings icon.
  4. Select Features on the left.
  5. In the Simultaneous ring tile, click the settings icon.
  6. Click Add number.
  7. Type in the number of the Device you’d also like to ring when your primary Device is called - you can add up to ten numbers.
  8. If you want unanswered calls to be redirected to your primary Device’s Voicemail rather than this Device, tick the Answer confirmation required box.
  9. Click Save.
  10. You can also tick the box Don't ring my simultaneous numbers when I'm already on a call. This will send callers to voicemail when you are already on a call, rather than calling the other numbers.

If you set up Simultaneous ring and one of the devices from the numbers you’ve added are offline (out of battery or disconnected from internet), then none of the phones in the list will ring. You’ll have to remove this number from the Simultaneous ring to resolve this.

You can add a mobile number into the Simultaneous ring numbers list, however this feature may not be supported by the calling party’s mobile network provider. Please contact your Communication Provider if you are experiencing issues.
