Configure BTnet Security settings

BTnet Security – which is an optional extra of BTnet – comes ready with settings to suit most customers. If you’ve chosen BTnet Security, you’re able to customise some options by completing the form below.

You’ll need to have BTnet Security and be an approved contact for us to make the changes.

Your BTnet service identifier number starting with FTIP or BTN
Would you like to amend your layer 7 firewall application filtering category settings?
Would you like to amend your Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) Settings?
Would you like to amend your Intrusion Detection and Prevention settings?
Would you like to amend your Content Filtering settings?
Would you like to specify URL patterns to Block or Unblock?
Would you like to specify a customer rule for Outbound traffic?
Would you like to change inbound ICMP ping request addresses?
Only change your settings if you’ve had advice from a relevant IT support person or you understand the impact of the changes in full.

We’ll make the configuration changes requested, but will not be accountable for behaviour of your network or connected devices.
